“Double Trouble” White Tea & Incense Gift Set

To commemorate our very first Nari Tea commissioned pressed cake “Double Trouble” we’ve created this amazing combo gift set for tea lovers and newbies alike! Our 2022 Ancient Tree White Tea has been one of our and our clients’ favorite teas, as it’s a beautifully balanced tea that represents the best that Jing Mai has to offer. Easy to brew, though full of depth and life, it’s an amazing tea to build a relationship with.  When thinking of our first cake it was easily at the top of our list.

The commemorative gift set will include everything you would need for many tea sessions to come: our 100g “Double Trouble” Ancient Tree White Tea cake, a Tea Cake knife for opening all types of pressed tea cakes, and a White Tea incense made from a 30 day white tea infusion in mountain water. From gong fu, to large tea pot, to boiling pot, “Double Trouble” is incredibly flexible in brewing so it’s a great gift for anyone on the tea spectrum.

“Double Trouble” is pressed using our 2022 Ancient Tree White Tea from Jing Mai Mountain. Coming from tea trees over 200 years old, this tea has a floral, citrus sweetness and a mind soothing qi, proudly showcasing Famer Nin’s care for these Ancient trees and the nutrient rich terroir of Jing Mai mountain. As an extra treat for us, the cover art “White Ape Fold” is made by Zhai Liang, one of our favorite artists from A Thousand Plateaus Art Space. We feel the piece perfectly encapsulates the energy of the tea. It starts elegant and gentle, but within the first few brews its more mischievous side reveals itself, with a grounding relaxing qi.
