Shipping & Return


Nari Tea ships worldwide. We deliver domestic orders (in Finland) via Posti, international orders via GLS (primary due to sustainability concerns) and Fedex (for customers outside the EU).

All orders are processed as soon as possible after we receive it, generally within 2 business days. Once we have packed and shipped the order, you will receive an email notification, including tracking if applicable.

At the moment, all shipping is from Helsinki, Finland. Please bear in mind possible time zone differences between your location and Helsinki (GMT+3). Please also consider public holidays and weekends that can delay packing and shipping due to post office closure.

We offer a flat shipping rate of € 6 for domestic orders in Finland. Orders above € 50 ship free Finland wide. 

For International orders, we offer a flat shipping rate of €15 for European countries, free shipping for orders above €100; for outside of European order, we offer  € 33 flat shipping rate, and free shipping for orders above €180.

Sometimes things go wrong during shipping that are outside of our control. But we try our best to guarantee a smooth purchase. Just shoot us an email and we’ll follow it up right away, and if necessary we will resend your order free of charge.

Average Delivery Times (via Posti & GLS)

Finland: 2 business days or less
Baltic Countries: 2-3 business days
Central EU: 3-4 business days
Southern EU: 5-6 business days
