Part-Time Tea Room Keeper
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, sharing your love and knowledge of tea
- Providing the excellent customer service, ensuring every visitor has a delightful experience
- Assist in organizing and coordinating tea events and marketing initiatives
- Maintain the aesthetics and atmosphere of the tea room/shop including opening and closing on certain days
- Managing shop inventory
Requirements
- Fluent in English; Finnish and Chinese are a plus.
- Passionate about specialty tea and eager to learn more.
- Friendly, social, and enjoys meeting new people.
- Creative and able to contribute to the shop’s aesthetic.
- Basic marketing and event coordination skills.
