An Open Q&A Session w/ Uyo

Uyo is a little Ujo (which we learned means Shy in Finnish) when it comes to talking about his accomplishments, but we’re not! He’s an important member of the Japanese tea community, pushing to educate and connect westerners with the world of Japanese tea while also elevating tea within Japan through founding the Japan Tea Brewers Championship, and curating art and tea at the Kakegawa Triennale. As our guests always have many questions for him, we thought we could create a session just for that!

We/he will be brewing tea while we leave the floor open for Q&A, from questions about his experiences in the Japanese Tea Industry, to brewing tips and tricks, to what his favorite band is (hint – it’s a great japanese rock band) everything is fair game!
