There’s more to Japanese tea than just Matcha and green tea. Ever since tea was first introduced from China in the 8th century, Japan has carved its own unique path in the tea world.

Join us for an engaging presentation that delves into the world of Japanese tea, followed by a tasting session featuring a variety of unique teas. Uyo Okabe (Tea producer, Tea Art festival curator, and founder of Japan Tea Brewers Championship) will uncover the rich history and culture of Japanese tea, sharing his insights, demonstrating how different brewing temperatures and techniques can create distinct flavors from the same tea.

In the spirit of Finnish Summer, Uyo will be teaching techniques for Cold Brewing, so you can get the best out of your favorite green teas, all while chilling out in the process.
