Personal Tea Blending (SUN)

Tea blending in Japan is an art form – the blender skilfully matches and combines the year’s harvest into a consistent tea profile year after year.

This is your chance to have a personal Tea Blend made in front of you with tea maker Jun Morishita and tea producer Uyo Okabe.

First, you will taste different types of Japanese tea, Japanese herb and Genmai 玄米.

Next, they will ask you about your preferences and make you a personal blended tea, after which you will be able to taste and adjust.

You can bring 100g of this personalised tea home after the workshop.
