PICKING: 2024 1st Flush
TASTING NOTES: Cacao Nibs, Fermented Cherries, Aged Whiskey

 

RECOMMENDED GONG FU BREWING:

6g tea to 150ml
1st: 90C, 20 sec
2nd: 95C, 15 sec
3rd+: 95-100C, add 15-20s each time
Can be brewed more than 5 times
