ABOUT THE TEACHER

Jutta Wiens

Jutta has been practicing yoga for six years, starting with meditation and gradually deepening into a dedicated yoga practice. In 2024, she completed a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training at AyurYoga Eco-Ashram in Mysore, India. Hatha Yoga forms the foundation of her personal practice, though she also draws inspiration from Vinyasa, Kundalini and Vipassana meditation. Her teaching honors tradition while encouraging personal experience, creating a welcoming space for curiosity and presence.

ABOUT HATHA YOGA

Hatha Yoga is a practice that blends postures (asana), breathwork (pranayama) and meditation to bring balance to body and mind. The word Hatha comes from Sanskrit: Ha meaning sun, and Tha meaning moon. It represents the balance of energies within us. It’s a grounding, steady practice that cultivates strength, awareness and inner stillness.
