RECOMMENDED GONG FU BREWING:
4.5g tea to 150ml
1st: 100C, 50-60 sec
2nd: 100C, 75-90 sec
3rd: 100C, 120 sec

Morishita-san has been making green tea with Nishitana (which was founded in 1868) ,since 2022 they started the Fukuori Roasted Tea Co (Roasted Tea Consultation Project with nari) to reconceptualize and promote the amazing Hojicha made in the heart of Shizuoka. Morishita-san approaches Tea Roasting and brewing from a similar perspective as coffee, focusing on extracting the nuances of roast profiles from light to heavy roast: Green – Yellow – Orange – Brown – Black Roast.
