
Wrapping up the weekend will be a special Ramen Night at Murasaki, made by Uyo Okabe will for one night turn Murasaki into a Hakata Ramen Parlor. Last year Uyo, made us the most delicious bowl of ramen he brought with him from Japan and jokingly told Uyo “You could totally serve this in Finland.” To our surprise and pleasure, Uyo took that to heart and this time, brought fresh ramen from Japan to serve at Murasaki on Sunday after the Tea & Live Music Pairing
There will be three types of Hakata style ramens from Fukuoka:
15.5 € / ramen; 21 € / kombucha+ramen combo
We’ll also be bringing a batch of Kombucha specifically made to pair with the Ramen using Wakocha from Uyo’s home in Shizuoka.
