Nari Tea ships worldwide. We deliver domestic orders (in Finland) via Posti, international orders via FedEx.
All orders are processed as soon as possible after we receive it, generally within 48 hours. Once we have packed and shipped the order, you will receive an email notification, including tracking if applicable.
At the moment, all shipping is from Helsinki, Finland. Please bear in mind possible time zone differences between your location and Helsinki (GMT+3). Please also bear in mind there may be public holidays that can delay packing and shipping due to post office closure.
- We offer a flat shipping rate of € 7 for domestic orders in Finland. Orders above € 50 ship free Finland wide.
- For International orders, we also offer a flat shipping rate of €16 for European countries, UK and Switzerland. International orders above € 100 ship free.
NB! For customers from other international countries that are not listed above, please email us for your order, the shipping is caculated based on your address and we ship with Fedex. , At the moment we do NOT ship to other international countries.
- Pick up at one of our retailers is encouraged for our domestic customers. We also encourage you to take advantage of our refillable containers. Bring your Nari box and refill your tea at our retailers, and have a lovely chat with these beautiful makers behind the container.

Sometimes things go wrong during shipping that are outside of our control. But we try our best to guarantee a smooth purchase. Just shoot us an email and we’ll follow it up right away, and if necessary we will resend your order free of charge.
