Dear Friend,

Thank you for taking the time to have some tea with us!

Some of our favorite tea moments have come around the tea tables in Taiwan, Japan and China, and every time we drink our teas we're taken back to those fond memories. While we aren't drinking with you, we hope this tea gives you those same feelings of happiness, comfort, and sated spirits.

Here you can find out more about the teas we have sent to you and our brewing recommendation. Each bag contains 8g tea.

We look forward to one day drinking together with you in person!

With love,

Patrick and Yiling

🌱    8 g
πŸ’¦    150 ml
🎚    85 ℃
⏱    15 - 60 sec

It can be brewed more than 5 times.
To brew Gōng FΕ« ChΓ‘ Style with red oolong, preheat the teapot before putting tea leaves, start with 85 ℃ water brew around 20 seconds.* You can really play around wiht the water temperature, keep it just low but brew for longer or bring the temporarture up but brew it short.

* We don’t like to throw away the first brew (often called "first wash") because all our oolong tea are high quality and clean, we feel like a waste to throw them away.

** Each tea is alive in this own way, this is just a recommended brewing method. We encourage you to listen to the tea, listen to yourself, feel the tea and experiment with the tea.

In general, red oolong tastes better when the water temperature is lower, with hot water, the shorter brew the sweeter. Cold brew brings out its excellence.

(If you discover an exciting method, please let us know, we are always happy to hear and learn from each other! ︎)
