We have included 4 types of Single Origin Specialty Tea (3 of which we have yet to release on the site so think of this as a preview of goodies to come): 2 Japanese Green tea & 2 Taiwanese Oolong made by our Japanese and Taiwanese farmers, harvested during the Winter 2020 and Spring 2021 seasons.

01 Fukamushi Kabuse Nohana (Organic)
Cultivar: Yabukita
Origin: Chiran Farm, Kagoshima, Japan
Picking: 2021 Spring 1st Flush
Processing: Deep Steamed

Brewing Recommendation
5 g tea to 150 ml water
70 C degree
1st: 30 sec

Can be brewed up to 3 or 4 times.
For 2nd and 3rd brew, water temperature can raise up 5’C for each brew, and pour in 10 seconds.

02 Jin Xuan Oolong (High Mountain)

Cultivar: Jin Xuan (#12, Milk Oolong)
Origin: Roy Chen Farm, Alishan Daxing, Taiwan
Picking: 2020 Winter
Processing: 15-20% Oxidation, No Roast

Brewing Recommendation
8 g tea to 150 ml water
95 C degree
1st: 30 sec
2nd: 20 sec

Can be brewed up to 5-6 times using Gōng Fū Chá Style*.
For the following brews, increase brewing time 5-15 seconds to taste.
03 Zairai Kamairicha (Organic)

04 Jade/Cuiyu Oolong
Cultivar: Jade/Cuiyu (#13)
Origin: Mrs. Yang Farm, Alishan Bihu, Taiwan
Picking: 2021 Sring
Processing: < 20% Oxidation, No Roast

100 C degree
1st: 30 sec
