DESCRIPTION:Due to the high demands\, we are hosting the second session of the Tea in  Silence Retreat with Gatsby on April 12th (Sunday)! \nThis small retreat invites participants to step away from conversation and enter a space of stillness through tea. \nWhile many contemplative practices begin with the breath\, this afternoon approaches presence through tea. Carefully selected rare teas will guide the experience\, inviting us to slow down and meet each cup — and each passing thought — with full attention. \nThe aim is not to stop thinking\, but to observe thoughts as they arise and pass\, allowing a deeper sense of awareness to settle in. Tea becomes a gentle catalyst for space\, distance\, and inward clarity. 💫 \nWe begin with a short introduction\, followed by an extended period of shared silence during which the teas are served without explanation. Afterward\, there will be time to learn more about the teas and to share reflections\, if desired. \n  \n25€ / person.  \nPayments can be made onsite by cash or MobilePay. \nLimited participation\, please book in advance. Four teas included.  \nPlease bring a notebook and pen if you would like to make notes on your inner journey. Phones will be set aside during the retreat.  \nRunning time about 2 hours. Participants are expected to feel comfortable remaining in silence for at least one hour. \n  \n\n \nABOUT GATSBY \nAfter ten years exploring tea in Fujian\, China\, Gatsby has been back in Helsinki guiding people in the quiet arts of flavour and scent. Part lecturer\, part explorer\, she is in a unique position to bring the essence of tea closer to us all. Tea is her daily language\, and her enthusiasm for tea is contagious\, as you will soon find out!
