Aside from its elegance\, Tokine become a meditative practice for us – as you control the speed of extraction through lifting the bed of leaves\, you become an inextricable part of the brew. And your attention is rewarded with sights and dripping sounds of time passing. \nInspired by these experiences\, Patrick will be playing music live inspired by the sounds emanating from the brew\, with the sounds of the Tokine amplified to surround the guests.
