The set #2 “Golden Fields” focuses more on the rich earthiness of each tea and the tale of soil that nourishes them.

This set contains 6 different teas that guides you through golden fields with their own unique tales.

Starting with our Okuyutaka Sencha, whose name literally means “Deep Richness” - it wakes up your nose with its freshly baked cookie and roasted rice scent, whispering the tale of naturally tailored tea gardens in a costal mountain village; Deep steamed Organic Fukamushi Kabuse Asuka boldly unfolds its nutty and woody umami taste,  where the cycle of nature, from microbe to birds, have contributed to it's making;  then with the White Leaf tea, you can feel the calming and healing benefits from Hoshino’s tea terroir, imbuing the tea with natural Theanine and Arginine; to the mountains of Ali,  where the nutrient rich high altitude soil, supplies our Jin Xuan Milk oolong with the amino acids behind its creamy floral concoction; and finally with its long tea tree roots, the rare Japanese native species Zairai traditionally prepared with pan firing, gives the taste of home 500 years in the making.
